Help Me Quit continues to offer appointments at the Grand Hotel every Wednesday between 11.30 and 2pm, for the benefit of your patients.
The sessions are held every Wednesday between 11.30 and 2pm. There will be 1 to 1 appointments and group appointments available. Patients will be supported to make the behavioural changes necessary to quit with weekly appointments for 6 weeks and the option of free Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) for up to 12 weeks.
